Tech Tools Can they transform the school library media program?

SO WHAT? The big challenge here is HOW to get them on board--

1) Teachers using the tools--harnessing them for educational purposes

2) Getting students to use them ethically & responsibly, and

3) Getting the filter gueards to crak the portals!

When we introduce the tools to teachers and students, how do we ensure they are improving the level of engagement and learning, and how to we help those we are inviting into the two way interaction to be safe, fair, and useful?
